Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks - Capital Charge for Credit Risk - Standardised Approach) Directions, 2026 Central 2027-04-01 Banking and Forex Laws These Directions shall apply, unless specified otherwise, to the banking book exposures of Commercial Banks. Once effective, it will repeal Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks - Prudential Norms on Capital Adequacy) Directions, 2025.
RBI [Conduct of Government Business by Agency Banks (ABs) - Payment of Agency Commission and Oversight of ABs] Directions, 2026 Central 2026-04-30 Banking and Forex Laws These Directions shall be applicable to Agency Banks (ABs). ‘ABs’ means all Public Sector Banks (PSBs), scheduled Private Sector Banks (PVBs), scheduled Payments Banks (PBs), and scheduled Small Finance Banks (SFBs) appointed by RBI under Section 45 of the RBI, Act, 1934, by mutual agreement, to carry out Government Banking business of Central Government (CG) / State Governments (SGs).

Safety of Household, Commercial and Similar Electrical Appliances (Quality Control) Order, 2026 Central 2026-10-01 Regulatory Laws It shall apply to all electrical appliance intended for household, commercial or similar application with rated voltage not exceeding 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances including direct current supplied appliances and battery-operated appliances.
It shall not apply to electrical appliances which fall under the scope of any other Quality Control Order issued by the said Act or notified for mandatory Bureau of Indian Standard certification under any other Act.

(a) All Distribution licensees and Retail Supply licensees including Deemed licensees and all consumers in the State of Meghalaya;
(b) All other persons who are exempted under Section 13 of the Act; and
(c) Unauthorised supply, theft, unauthorised use, diversion and other means of unauthorised use/ abstraction of electricity.
